Turmoil in Venezuela

Caracas: Amid the hightening political tensions in Venezuela, President Nicolas Maduro has been continuously trying to fight his opponent Juan Guaido who has declared himself the President and got US support for that claim. Venezuela, which has a very poor economy, is reeling under the large-scale anti-Maduro protests and the government actions to subdue them resulting in a turmoil. The crisis is so grave, that Venezuelans are fleeing their country and are going to neighboring Colombia.
