Interim Budget 2019: Lessons from the Past for Modi

New Delhi/Hyderabad: Time and again Interim Budgets have been used by the outgoing governments to send strong political message to the voters and the vote-bank. In the Budget Speeches, the finance ministers dwell upon the promises made before the elections, the programmes and schemes implemented to realize those promises and, even, to unveil big ticket measures to tide over the anti-incumbency.
