'Feel let down', Parrikar denies Rafale talk with Rahul

New Delhi: Goa CM Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday wrote to Congress President Rahul Gandhi, denying reports of having discussed the Rafale deal with him. He said he felt let down over Rahul's 'political' visit.
