CM calls for protests on budget day, says centre 'cheated' AP

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh): Terming February 1, the day when central government will be presenting the budget in the parliament, as a 'black day' for the state, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stated that the centre had cheated the state in the last five budgets and called upon the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) cadres to stage protests as a mark of dissent.
