Watch: With no ambulance, relatives carry dead body on bike

Pratapgarh: In yet another case of medical negligence, relatives of deceased Himanshu Shrivastava were forced to carry his dead body on a bike in the absence of an ambulance service in Uttar Pradesh's Pratapgarh district which is home to state's health minister Sidharth Nath Singh.
