Bofors pay-off case: SC rejects plea against Delhi HC decision

New Delhi: The Supreme Court rejected the CBI's plea against the Delhi High Court's decision quashing charges against all the accused in the politically-sensitive Rs 64 crore Bofors pay-off case in which CBI earlier this year filed an appeal after a 13-year delay, on Friday.
