MJ Akbar files defamation suit against journalist

New Delhi: Union minister MJ Akbar, who resigned amid sexual harassment allegations, has filed a criminal defamation case against journalist Priya Ramani at the Patiala House court on Wednesday. The court has fixed the next day of hearing on November 12. The witnesses will record their statements in the next hearing.
