2008 Malegaon blasts: Framing of charges deferred till 1pm

Nasik: The special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court on Tuesday has deferred the framing of charges against the accused till 1 pm in the 2008 Malegaon blasts case. Six people were killed and more than a hundred injured in the blast that took place on September 29, 2008, in the Muslim majority town of Malegaon in Maharashtra.

'800-Strong Mob Intended To Cause Death': Probe Agency On Bengal Attack

Giving chilling details about the attack on its officials, allegedly by supporters of a Trinamool Congress leader, the Enforcement Directorate has said the mob consisted of 800-1,000 people and that there was an "intention to cause death".
