Will implement SC directive in letter and spirit: CEC

New Delhi: The election commission of India is gearing up for the upcoming elections in five states. Speaking to Etv Bharat, the chief election commissioner spoke about the manner in which the commission was preparing to implement the directives of the supreme court and the preparations for the big poll in 2019.

'800-Strong Mob Intended To Cause Death': Probe Agency On Bengal Attack

Giving chilling details about the attack on its officials, allegedly by supporters of a Trinamool Congress leader, the Enforcement Directorate has said the mob consisted of 800-1,000 people and that there was an "intention to cause death".
